Gavin Hunt

Gavin works as an associate director and bridges lead at Robert Bird Group since joining in 2021. His role covers all aspects of bridge design and asset management across various sector types, with work in the UK and internationally.

He is a keen member of the Net Zero Bridges Group, believing that we as engineers are amongst the best placed professionals to tackle the climate emergency proactively.

Gavin sits on the editorial board of the ICE’s Bridge Engineering journal, supporting his interest in keeping abreast of industry developments.
