Callum Gillett
Team Leader for Structures Technical Approval , Essex HighwaysBridge Engineer specialising in local authority structures management, with experience in a range of consultancy and contracting roles in PBA, and across Ringway contracts including South West Highways, Island Roads, Hounslow Highways and NH East M&R.
I currently work for Ringway Jacobs at Essex Highways where I lead the technical approval team, responsible for reviewing structures development on the Essex highway network from internal and third party schemes. I am secretary for the ADEPT eastern region bridges group.
I am a member of Toastmasters International, an organisation designed to help the development of public speaking and leadership skills, and am currently serving as area director, responsible for seven clubs in the Eastern region. I am passionate about promoting the importance of public speaking and helping others to unlock their potential.
In this presentation, I am looking to combine my role and knowledge of the industry with my experience in Toastmasters.
