David Collings

David is a Chartered Engineer with a wide range of experience in major engineering projects in the UK and overseas.  He is an acknowledged international expert in bridge engineering. David’s work has included Award winning concrete bridges in Bangladesh, Malaysia UK and Ireland. He is currently a senior Director at Arcadis and a researcher and visiting lecturer at University of Surrey, he has published papers and books on various aspects of bridge design and construction.
